They want to learn new ways of thinking and approaching situations, in order to get better results. Coaching can be used to help people to make positive changes to their lives, to achieve specific goals, and to make them happier or more fulfilled.
What does coaching involve?

- As the coach, I will assist you to identify the goals, that you wish to achieve ·
- I will help you to explore the current situation, and then in more detail we can consider the options that are open to you in terms of achieving these goals
- I will summarise, clarify, motivate and prompt you with questions as we progress ·
