All in all these sessions were fantastic and helped empower me to make some very strong decisions in my life lately that put me first.

I got so much more from my sessions than I was expecting.

Just a quick update to let you know that since my smoking cessation session on 20 June I have not had a cigarette. I'm not saying I have found it easy but based on my past experiences trying to quit I have found that my will power appears to be much stronger and as such much easier to say no when tempted. Thank you again for assisting me with what is a life changing event.
I've been listening to all the recordings and find them very helpful, particularly if I wake up at night - I find I can get back to sleep if I listen to one or two of them, so that is fantastic. I think that if I keep listening to the recordings and reading the handouts you gave me regularly that I will be able to take control and overcome the stress and anxiety I've been bothered with.

Waking up in the night for the toilet, and then lying awake worrying about everything and anything for up to two hours is a thing of the past. From time to time as a booster, I play the CD that she made of my hypnosis session. I look at life in a more relaxed way and I am kinder to myself. I am a different person.
