At the beginning of the first paid session, I outline the broad structure of the session. This will typically involve:
- A short discussion about you and what you want to change

- The hypnosis session itself
- The use of a range of therapeutic techniques, approaches and suggestions based on your needs (not all of which need to use hypnosis)

What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of focussed attention, normally accompanied by feelings of deep relaxation. In hypnosis, you are not asleep, just in a different and more receptive state of awareness. You remain totally in control and most people find hypnosis to be a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Through the use of hypnosis, your subconscious mind will be able to accept positive thoughts and ideas more easily.
